Barbara Sue Cox, 96, of Eldorado, passed away on July 27, 2023 at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, Illinois.
Barbara was born in Carrier Mills, Illinois on December 23, 1926 to the late Otis and Myrtle (Mills) Wallace. She was a Methodist by faith. She loved life and always meet everyone with a beautiful smile. Her loves beside her family, was spending time at Lake Barkley playing Pinochle and Canasta with family and friends, attending the Wasson Family Reunion every year before her health would not allow her to attend, and traveling the country with her husband Charles Grant "Spud" Cox who preceded her in death.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents, husband Charles Grant Cox and two sister, Wilma Collins and Odena Caraway.
Burial in family cemetery.
