THIS IS A CRAZY TRAIN!

Go Hoosiers!

Due to the new guidelines for recently deceased memorials, as of Aug 13, 2022, I am only adding basic information and burial info--no personal biographies, photos, or links.

--- Remember, I'm a volunteer and do not work for you!
---I try not to list names of living family members from obituaries unless approved by family.

I think sometimes a person's spirit is so strong that it never completely leaves the Earth but remains scattered forever among all those who love them. -Chris Crandall

I am from Indiana and became interested in Find A Grave after my Uncle passed away. I am especially interested in military cemeteries in my area (Camp Butler National Cemetery, Rock Island National Cemetery, Indianapolis National Cemetery, Albany National Cemetery), and many others.
----
Please remember that some people with lots of memorials are not "hoarders". Many contributors spend many hours researching online and libraries, and tramping around cemeteries. Your ancestor or family member might be here because of them and they may also be related to or have a connection to those individuals.
STOP THE HATE-BE NICE!

Living Memorials Per Find A Grave: ALLOWED (Headstone present).
" Immediate family members can always contact the manager and request a transfer. An immediate family member can always contact [email protected] regarding the transfer of a memorial.
We will only remove a memorial for a living person if requested by that person or an immediate family member."
You are welcome to create a 'pre-need' memorial for yourself provided that you have a pre-need headstone already in place in a cemetery.

Memorials of living spouses/relatives created from obituaries are NOT ALLOWED.

Submitting a photo to Find A Grave grants Find A Grave a license to host the photo and facilitate the sharing of that photo across the Ancestry Community, so that Find A Grave users can post that photo to other Ancestry Community websites. However, submitting a photo to Find A Grave does not permit other Find A Grave users to post or republish the photo anywhere else (e.g., posting the photo on non-Ancestry sites or publishing it in a book, etc.).
