Born in Manheim Township, she was the daughter of the late William and Daisy Irene (Boehler) Baugher.
Mrs. Miller had been employed with Kessler Shoe of Westminster for approximately 30 years. She was a member of St. David's U.C.C. of Hanover, VNA Hospice of Hanover, and Carroll County Cancer Center of Westminster.
She was the wife of the late James A. Miller, who entered into eternal rest in 1994, and surviving are her daughter, Darlene D. Smith and husband, Donald of Abbottstown; son, Richard M. Miller and wife, Dnna of Westminster; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; her companion, Donald Frock of Westminster, and his daughter, Jennifer Frock of Hanover; one brother, Kenneth Baugher of Hanover; and four sisters, Janet Nace of Porter Siding, and Barbara Hartlaub, Romaine Troutman, and Pauline Snyder, all of Hanover.
She was also preceded in death by a son, James A. Miller, Jr.; a twin sister, Elanor Miller; and three brothers, William, Steward, and Dale Baugher.
Interment was in Barts Centenary United Methodist Church Cemetery, Littlestown.
