Charlie and Marianne's Final Ride - Charles Bealer was one of the Chosin Few. A US Marine that exemplified himself at that famous place and time. On June 23, 2023, at zero dark thirty of course, one of the US Marine Riders from the Montezuma Chapter (AZ) strapped a custom-made Pelican Case to his Harley and took them on their Final Ride from Arizona to Illinois. They went to Murray Utah via Beaver Utah (Marines will always stop for a Beaver Taco, yes, it's a real restaurant). Once there, they attended the US Marine Riders Association's annual gathering for the weekend. On Monday, June 26th, again zero dark thirty, the Indiana chapter took them on their 2nd leg from Utah to Erie, Illinois. We cannot thank the Marines enough for this final ride! Semper Fi Marines! RIP Charlie, Marianne and Robert. In lieu of flowers, please donate in their name to your favorite charity. Or donate some gas money to the Marines [email protected]
Marianne Bealer joined her husband Charlie in heaven on Nov 19, 2022. She passed peacefully in her sleep at the Cassia Assisted Living Home in Gilbert Arizona.
Born Jan 2, 1932, in Erie Illinois where she was raised by her aunt and lived in Illinois until she met her Charlie. She married him in 1955 and as Charlie was a member of the USAF, she became his military wife. When he retired from the Air Force, he created a 2nd career working for the Arizona Dept of Corrections, so they settled in Chandler Arizona. She and Charlie had two children, Cathy (deceased) and Robert (59, Chandler Az). She was preceded in death by her parents (Bert S Finnicum & Ruby Quade) and by 3 brothers (Neil, Mark, and Robert). She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was a mother to many and will be sorely missed. Rip Marianne.
