Charlotte was the daughter of David and Rebecca Wagner Fleming. She married George Washington Hoel July 13, 1848 in Iroquois Co., Illinois. He was killed during the Civil War. Their children were Agnes, John Franklin, Edwin and Rebecca Alice.
