Neil Call Fulton, 56,of Roseville, CALIFORNIA passed away Monday, February 28, 2000. Neil was born February 9, 1944, at Idaho Falls, Idaho, the son of May Call and Charles O. Fulton.
Neil married Linda Brown of Pocatello, Idaho. Two sons were born to this union, Troy of Roseville, CA and Trent of Eugene, OR. They were later divorced. He then married Barbara Bullock of McCammon, Idaho; they had two sons, Bryan of Lewiston, Idaho and Brandon of Moscow, Idaho.
He is also survived by his parents, Tom and Mary Phelps of Soda Springs, ID; and his brothers and sisters, Norman Fulton of Orem, UT, Kay Sievers of Pocatello, ID, Tom K. Phelps of Boise, ID, Lani May Sant of Grace, ID, Terrill Lane Phelps of Kemmerer, WY, Debra Merrill of Pendleton, OR and his adored companion, Karen Johnson of Roseville, CA.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 4, 2000, at the Soda Springs Hooper LDS Chapel at noon. Services are under the direction of the Sims Funeral Home with burial in Soda Springs, ID
