GILBERTVILLE - Irma C. Frost, 77, of Gilbertville died Friday, April 14, at her home of cancer. She was born Oct. 19, 1928, in Raymond, daughter of Nick Sondag and Elizabeth Ann Weber Sondag. She married Roy W. Wagner on Nov. 8, 1949, in Gilbertville. He preceded her in death Oct. 10, 1981. She later married Cletus Frost on Feb. 2, 1985, in Gilbertville. He preceded her in death March 25, 1999.

Mrs. Frost was a homemaker and for 17 years she worked at the Jack & Jill Grocery Store in Gilbertville as a sales clerk.

Survived by: two sons, Richard (Karen) Wagner of Harpers Ferry and Mike (Terry) Wagner of Gilbertville; three daughters, Jeanne (Dale) Hemmer of Gilbertville, and Connie (Steve) Vogel and Linda (Larry) Vogel, both of Jesup; 11 stepchildren, Dean (Debbie) Frost, Terry (Monica) Frost and Renee Pecenka, all of Gilbertville, Robert (Ginny) Frost of Orlando, Fla., Bruce (Marsha) Frost of Viroqua, Wis., Carolyn DeBenedetto of Red Bank, N.J., Shirley (Ed) Harrison of Lakeland, Fla., Joan Becker of Davenport, Pam Brown of Evansdale and Joleen (Dan) Frick of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 22 stepgrandchildren; 10 stepgreat-grandchildren; and four sisters, Elma Mangrich, Joanne (Martin) Odneal and Carol Becker, all of Gilbertville, and Geneva (Gene) Madsen of Big Fork, Minn.

Preceded in death by: a stepdaughter, Phyllis (Frost) Schares.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with burial in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, both in Gilbertville. Public visitation from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at White Funeral Home, Jesup, where there will be a 3 p.m. parish rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil service, and for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
