Parents Robert Henry Hudson & Kate Hastings Hudson, Husband Esquire Sturgeon/Bud Mansfield, & Edwin Wittmer. Married Esquire Sturgeon/Bud Mansfield 9 Jan 1898 in Baxter County, Arkansas. Children, Robert Lee, Claude Eugene, Mammie, Kate, Cal, Rhea, Beulah, Willard, Mary Bernice. Born in Texas,raised Arkansas Matney, Lone Rock, Baxter County, Arkansas and raised a family, lived in Kansas City, Missouri---Ponca City Oklahoma---Denver Colorado. Homemaker, Cook in Missouri. She was a very strong, sweet and spiritual lady. She was a small petite woman. She lost her first husband, mother and two sons at a young age. She raised several of her children as a single mother during the depression years. She was an excellent cook. She married Edwin Wittmer about 1940. Ed died in 1964. She always had a smile and good disposition. A wonderful grandmother to me.
