Thelma Helen Chase, five year old daughter of Frank Edward and Nora (Retallack) Chase of 701 Maple Avenue, Woodvale, died at Mercy Hospital at 5:30 o'clock this morning. The child had been ill for two weeks and was taken to the hospital last Sunday, undergoing a mastoid operation.
Thelma Helen Chase was born in Johnstown April 17, 1934. She was a granddaughter of Mrs. Harriet Retallack and is also survived by one brother William Edward and five sisters Dora, Esther, Ruth, Mary and Patsy Chase. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon by Rev. D. Ervin Sheets of First Christian Church. Internment will be in Sandyvale Cemetery directed by HM Picking & Sons, morticians.
