He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Wendy K. (Davis) Chase, Richland; sons, Garth D., Johnstown, and Grady A. (Michelle), Richland; grandchildren, Sydney, Reagan, Lochlyn, and Dugan; sister, Nancy (John) Miller, Johnstown; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. Frank retired from Applied Industrial Technologies as an Industrial Salesman. At Frank's request, there will be no public viewing. Friends will be received from noon until time of Memorial Service at 1 p.m. on Friday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with the Rev. Eric Kabler officiating. Private inurnment will be at Grandview Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
