NAVASOTA -- Services for Leo Stedman, 87, of Anderson are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota.
The Rev. Joel Strickland of New Life Tabernacle will officiate. Burial will be in Martin's Prairie Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Stedman died Saturday in Alvin.
He was born in Keith and was a retired chemical operator. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He was preceded in death by a son, Lee Gordon Stedman.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Leo Allen and Wanda Stedman of Ida Bell, Okla.; three daughters, Lily Young of Dickinson, Janell Stedman of Erie, Pa., and Lana Fay Stedman of Hockley; two sisters, Faye Beene of Oak Hurst and Raye Smith of Bryan; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
