MR. WILLIAM ABRAM - A native of Camden, Alabama, resident of Prichard, Alabama for a number of years, died Thursday, November 28, 1974, in a local hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary K. Abram, Prichard, Alabama; one son, Johnnie Abram, White Plains, New York; three daughters, Mrs. Lucinda Portis, Mobile, Alabama, Mrs. Doris M. Taylor, Prichard, Alabama and Mrs. Virgie K. Starks, Sacramento, California; one sister, Mrs. Helen Williams, Prichard, Alabama; two brothers, Fred Abram, Apalachicola, Florida and Levan Abram, Bessemer, Alabama; three sons-in-law, Maynard D. Portis, Mobile, Robert Taylor, Prichard, Alabama, and Prince Starks, Sacramento, California; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Edna T. Abram, Dawes, Alabama; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Gloria M. Taylor, Prichard, Alabama and Mrs. Robbie M. Abrams, Apalachicola, Florida; one brother-in-law, Arnette Williams, Prichard, Alabama; eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, among them a devoted cousin, Mr. Beverly Williams, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3, 1974, from 5 p.m. til 10 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church (350 Chandler Street, Prichard). Funeral services will be from Antioch Baptist Church Wednesday, December 4, 1974, at 11 a.m. with Rev. M.C. Ezell, pastor and officiating minister. Hodge's Funeral Chapel directing (Successors to Smith & Gaston), 701 Davis Avenue.
