Miss Baley was born April 6, 1912 in rural Jasper County to John Baley and Sylvia "Cash" Baley . She was an independent domestic caregiver and was a longtime resident of the Carthage and Joplin area, and a member of Fairview Christian Church.
Survivors include two brothers Ralph Baley and Charles Baley, two sisters Martha Neely and Jane Ybarra.
Services will be held at 10 a.m Monday, Sept. 10 at Ulmer Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Hackney Cemetery, Visitation will be from 2 - 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 at the funeral home.
Contribution can be made to Fairview Christian Church in care of the funeral home.
