MURIEL STORIE COOK MAY 26, 1924 TO MARCH 14, 2008 Born in Berkeley, CA to Reginald & Sadie Storie. Muriel grew up in Benicia and graduated from Berkeley High School in 1942. She married Harry B. Cook on Feb. 20, 1948. Together they raised four children: Diana Hansen (Mike), Randy Cook (Linda), Sally McBurney (Jim), & Jeanette Russell (Terry). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Harry & Muriel were the 1st married couple to graduate from Chabot College in 1965. She worked as a medical assistant for the next 20 years. Muriel loved to paint, quilt, garden and swim, but she loved Dad & us best. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, CA on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 2:30pm.
