Annie Ila Webb Adams 1920 ~ 2006 Annie Ila Webb Adams, 86, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother passed away peacefully September 21, 2006. Born May 21, 1920 in Lehi, Utah, youngest child and only daughter to Ernest N. Webb and Annie Loveridge Webb. Graduated from Lehi High where she met her blond, blue-eyed sweetheart, Franklin Brown Adams. Married for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple, August 22, 1941. She was a wonderful mother and obedient daughter of our Heavenly Father. She dedicated her life to her family of nine children, 26 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchild-ren. She loved the Lord and His gospel and with her eternal companion served LDS missions to Ghana, Texas, the Philippines, Quito and Guayaquil, Equador, Moapa, Nevada, and Los Angeles. At the age of 60 she achieved her dream of attaining a Bachelor's Degree from BYU. An avid and dedicated genealogist, gathering, typing, and publishing hundreds of life histories of our ancestors. Preceded in death by her first born daughter, Saralin; her husband; and two brothers. She is survived by her brother, Allen; eight children, Frank (Lee), Allene Cooper, Karen (Vince) Faggioli, Kent (Cherie), Reed (Joan), Ralph (Karen), Ellen (Corey) Roberts, and Glenn. She loved traveling, riding her motorcycle, golfing, music, playing the piano and accordion, and teaching her family to love the gospel, but her true passion was sharing some chocolate or a bowl of ice cream with family and friends. Funeral services will be held Tues. Sept. 26th at 11:00 a.m. at the Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 So. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends may pay their respects prior to the service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment at the Lehi City Cemetery.
