Barbara Ellen Wilson age 90 of Berea, passed away April 25, 2023 at her home. Barbara was born in Rockcastle County to the late Roscoe and Ella Abney McCracken. Barbara was retired from Dresser Industries and was a member of the Pilot Knob Baptist Church. Barbara was also preceded in death by her husband Billy Wilson, her son-in-law James L. Rose and her sister Trula Legear.
Barbara is survived by her children: Gary Wilson, Connie Rose and Karen (John) Martin, her brother Paul McCracken, her grandchildren: Carrie Cain and Michael Carpenter, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Friday April 28, 2023 at Lakes Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Davis officiating, her family will be pallbearers, and her burial will be in the Berea Cemetery.
