Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 15th in the chapel of Laufersweiler Sievers Funeral Home and 2 p.m. at Corpus Christi Church with Rev. Edward Girres officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial will be in Corpus Christi Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home, where there will be a Legion of Mary Rosary at 4:30 p.m. and a vigil at 7 p.m.
Surviving are her sons, Robert of Monticello, IN, John of Duncombe; daughter, Roseann Vinsand of Fort Dodge; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Margaret White of South Sioux City, NE; brothers, Robert and James Morrow both of Fort Dodge. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delor and Grace (Peyton) Morrow; her husband Richard T.; a son, Richard; three sisters, two brothers; and an infant grandson; and a nephew Jim Morrow.
Mary Celeste Morrow was born December 18, 1915 in Laurens, Iowa. She attended school in Laurens, and graduated from Laurens High School. In 1935 she moved to Fort Dodge and worked in sales. She was united in marriage to Richard T. Flattery on November 28, 1944 at Corpus Christi Church. They made their home on a farm for 10 years before moving into Fort Dodge.
Mary was a member of Corpus Christi Church, the Ladies Guild, Marian Home Auxiliary, and the Legion of Mary.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
