• Services for Mary McGee Cohee, 86, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Lawson officiating. Interment will be at Cobb Cemetery, Springer.
Mrs. Cohee was born May 28, 1915, in Milo, to Wade and Lydia Taylor McGee. She died Jan. 15, 2002, at the local hospital.
She married Perry Cohee in Ardmore. He died in 1946. She moved to Ardmore in 1970.
Survivors include two sons, R.C. and Hurley "Sambo," Ardmore; three daughters, Francis Roberts and Elizabeth Anderson, also of Ardmore, and Annetta Talley, Mt. Holly, N.J.; four sisters, Anna Wilson, Springer, Lorece Wilson, Rosie Favors and Verdie B. McGee, all of Ardmore; two brothers, George McGee, Springer, and Isaac McGee, Tatums; 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Juanita; two siblings, Lozora Cavins and Tommy McGee; and four grandsons.
Bearers will be grandsons and granddaughters.
Kirk-Dawson-Dillard Funeral Home will direct services.
