Gary Lynn Adams of Walker, Louisiana has passed away on March 9, 2023. Gary was born in Palmetto, Louisiana on December 31, 1950, to Prince and Grace Deshotel Adams. He attended Melville High School and Louisiana State University. Gary worked as a Fireman at the Melville Fire Department, an Ambulance Driver with Acadian Ambulance, and as a Computer Technician at Edward Jones. He enjoyed photography, working on computers, and creative writing. He was a proud member of the First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs. Gary is survived by his wife of 54 years Carolyn Phillips Adams; his son Jonathan and his wife Cherie and children Madeleine, John Prince, and Sophie; and his daughter Joycelyn and her husband Calvin and children Hailey, Ella, and Cade. He is predeceased by his father Prince, his mother Grace, and his brothers Charles and Ronnie. Funeral services will be held at the First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs March 18, 2023; the wake will begin at 9 a.m. and the funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. Lunch will be served for the family.
