Services for Edward A. Marshall, 59, of Rt. 5, who died Saturday at Porter Memorial Hospital, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Bartholomew Funeral Home with the Rev. Tracy Jones officiating.
Entombment will be in Graceland Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today. The family requests that memorials be given to the Lighthouse Christian School in Wheatfield.
He was born Nov. 1, 1915 in Jackson Township, the son of Frank and Mary (Sachtleben) Marshall and was a life-long resident of this area.
Married in 1939 to Marion Ruetz, who survives, he was employed at Bethlehem Steel as an expediter. He was a member of the Flint Lake Church of Christ.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Carol) Pritchard of Valparaiso; a sister, Mrs. Wayne (Mary Louise) Miller, also of Valparaiso; and two grandsons.
