Peterson Oct. 3, 1907, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He died Aug. 5, 1961. Survivors: sons, daughters, Clifton, Clinton, Mrs. Afton (Elva) Taylor, all of Loa; Clyde, Weiser, Idaho; Mrs. Grant (Margaret) Chappell, Lyman, Wayne County; Quincy, Mrs. Bliss (Nina) Brinkerhoff, Bicknell, Wayne County; 30 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Brigham, Parley, Heber, Mrs. Leonard Taylor, all Loa; Nephi, Mrs. Thurland Blackburn, Mrs. Donald Torgerson, Mrs. Erwin Larson, all Salt Lake City; Mrs. Clyde Herron, Glendale, Calif. Funeral Wednesday, 2 p.m., Loa LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Springer Mortuary, Richfield, Tuesday noon to 3 p.m., Grant Chappell home, Lyman, Tuesday evening, Wednesday prior to services.
