Juanita Nell Langston Thomas age 92, of Trion, Georgia went home to be with The Lord Wednesday – March 1, 2023. She was born in Trion, Georgia to the late J.C. "Jake" and Bessie Lee Gilreath Langston. She was a former employee of Lyerly Glove Mill, Roper Corporation, Imperial Cup and the Big Friendly Store in Trion, Georgia all while helping her husband raise chickens, 300 laying hens at one time and milking 40-45 dairy cows, of their 80 cows as they maintained their family farm. She also enjoyed gardening, and raised some of the best longhorn okra and green beans. She had perfected homemade fried pies that were absolutely delicious. She was an active member of Waterville Baptist Church for many years. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Herschell Glenn Thomas, fifteen siblings, infant son: Terry Glenn Thomas, son: Donnie Moulder, son-in-law: Donnie Cabe, great children: Brennan and Harrison Baker. She is survived by her children: Reita Cabe of Trion, GA, Kim (Stan) Reynolds of Summerville, GA Susan (Terrell) Baker of Trion, GA, Wayne (Wendy) Thomas of Fort Oglethorpe, GA, Keith (Vanessa) Thomas of Trion, GA, daughter-in-law: Kathy Moulder of Brewton, AL, thirteen grandchildren: Jimmy (Valerie) Moulder, Jeffery (Darlene) Moulder, Janene (Jarrod) Jones, Misty Thomas, Tiffany (Lance) Thomas Keen, Jeremy (Lynn) Cabe, Matthew (Amy) Cabe, Andy (Tori) Baker, Ben (Paige) Baker, Jon (Kristin) Baker, Cole Thomas, Chase Thomas, Caleb (Morgan) Reynolds, seventeen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon until 2:00 pm prior to the service. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm – Saturday – March 4, 2023 at Waterville Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Barrett officiating. Interment will follow at Bryan Cemetery in LaFayette, Georgia.
