Pete Sosebee passed away March 6, 2008. He was born January 12,1931 to the late Hubert Sosebee and Nina Jo Brown. Pete was an Honary member of Wichita Falls, Texas and Lawton Oklahoma 'Old Timers Racing Association'.Pete and his loving wife Betty had their door open to company for Dinner or just to visit many times over the years.Pete welcomed many a man to his garage.He was an multi-task man .Who was an excellent mechanic along with being a great repair man of lawnmowers, appliances and could repair just about Anything! He raced along with his son Mike at his side. His family and friends were supportive and enjoyed his Great Sense of Humor.He took Great Pride and Pure Joy in everything he accomplished over the years.Pete also loved a good game of dominoes,cards, fishing,boating and being with his family and many friends.He was a member of Pimitive Baptist Church in Wichita falls, Texas.Pete preceeding in passing by his son Mark Sosebee,three brothers, Melton, Lloyd and Ronnie Sosebee all from Wichita Falls.His surviors also all from Wichita Falls include wife Betty Hair Sosebee,son Mike and wife Patti,daughter Joanie,six brothers Orville, Franklin,Jerry, Cletus, Danny and Carroll"Champ" Sosebee.Four sisters,Treva Cates, Melba Watson, Alta Choate and Gail Sosebee.Pete and Betty have two grand-children who he adored,Amanda Sosebee and Colby Blair.He will be missed by many who loved him dearly,but never Forgotten with that Wonderful Smile.Rest in Peace Enternally Pete
