J. Greg Shinpaugh, age 68, of Lenoir City, entered eternal rest on Saturday morning, March 18, 2023 at his home.
Preceded in death by his father, J.C. Shinpaugh; grandparents, Carl and Bertie Shinpaugh, W.M. "Bill" and Laura Morell.
Greg leaves his mother, Mary Morell Shinpaugh; sister, Janet Murrill (Terry); nephew, Dr. Matt Murrill (Harsimer) and daughter, Candice Shinpaugh; four granddaughters and a great grandson.
Greg graduated from Lenoir City High School and attended vocational school for refrigeration. He worked 12 years at K-25 Plant in Oak Ridge.
Greg was a gun collector who loved to target practice. He also enjoyed repairing his cars and trucks.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. Friday, March 24th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Rev. Glenn Gamble officiating. Interment will be in the Lakeview Cemetery. The family would like to thank Brad and Glenda for their loyal friendship to Greg and his family.
