Harriett "Hattie" M. Delbridge, 79, of Princeville died early Wednesday morning while visiting a daughter in Portland, Ore.

Born Sept. 17, 1906, in Lawn Ridge to Henry and Ida Winkler Crady, she married James Delbridge on Dec. 31, 1923, in Peoria. He died Oct. 28, 1977. One daughter and one sister also preceded her in death.

Surviving are one son, Harold Delbridge of Mossville; and one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Joyce) Ackman of Portland.

Also surviving are six brothers, Kenneth Crady of Dunlap, Gene Crady of Edelstein, Roy Crady of Peoria, Gerald, Ralph and Clyde Crady, all of Chillicothe; two sisters, Edith Catton of Brimfield and Janet Cheesman of LaSalle.

She was a member of Princeville United Methodist Church, Methodist Women, the Esther Circle and Union Grove Chapter 229, Order of Eastern Star.

Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens, Peoria.
