INDIAN SPRINGS, NEV. - Daniel James Smith, 19, died Tuesday, Nov. 28, 1989, in Indian Springs.

Mass was Dec. 2 in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church. Burial was a member of Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church.

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Fisher of Round Mountain; his father, Bob Smith of Indian Springs; two brothers, Darren Smith, of Amarillo; and Darrick of Las Vegas; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. O.H. Simpson, and Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Smith, all of Borger.

The family requests memorials be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
