He was born May 24, 1919, in Burrton to Ed F. Regier and Helen (Dalke) Regier Ratzlaff. He married Cora Lee Hawkins Oct. 27, 1940, in Anthony. She survives of the home.
He was former Lyons and Hillsboro Coop manager, and was recently an international agriculture consultant.
He was a member of First Mennonite Church in Halstead, past president of Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce, past president of Lyons Kiwanis Club and served on the Parklane Towers board of directors in Wichita.
Other survivors include: one son, Jarold Wayne Regier of Pompano Beach, Fla.; three daughters, Barbara Kay Mize and Sandra Rae Regier, both of Wichita and Connie Mae Regier of Spring, Texas; two sisters, Evelyn Adler of Newton and Verda Johnson of Halstead; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Edwin Regier.
Committal service will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Halstead Cemetery with a memorial service following at 10:15 a.m. at First Mennonite Church in Halstead with Pastor Cleo Koop officiating.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today at Kaufman Funeral Home.
Memorials have been established with Hospice Inc., in care of the funeral home.
