William Daniel Weseman (1873-1962), 89, Florahome, died in a Gainesville hospital at 11 a.m. Tuesday after a lengthy illness. Mr. Weseman had been postmaster in Florahome for 35 years. He was a native of Union Hill, Ill., and a resident of Putnam County for 65 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Al Preston, Palatka; one son, Warner Weseman, Gainesville; one brother, Fred Weseman, Herschel, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Church of God of Florahome with Rev. Hence Allen, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Paran Cemetery.
