Roger B. Hassing, 76, of Layton, Utah, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 22, 2023 with his sister, Jacque at his side. Born on March 10, 1946, Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Mary Hassing; brother, Clifford Hassing; and great niece, Kennedy Mae Carson.
Surviving are his sister, Jacque VonJouanne and her husband Henry; nephew, nieces, and their spouses, Christopher and Meghan, Stephanie and Benjamin, and Traci and Joshua; as well as great niece and nephews, Athena, Greyson, and Lincoln.
Roger was a lifelong member of the LDS Church and proudly served a mission in England.
He graduated from Weber State University in Ogden.
Roger founded RBH Sound becoming an internationally respected manufacturer with his passion for creating outstanding performing loudspeaker products. He possessed a contagious enthusiasm for sharing the joy that great sounding speakers could bring into people's lives and will be forever remembered by those whose lives were touched by his passion for excellence.

Roger was a lifelong lover of dogs, and in his final years loved his companion Playdough, a rescue German Shepherd who was always at his side.
