Henry L. and Eunice Bishop Everhart of Butler, and was born in Galen, though he had been a resident of Butler for a quarter of a century. In his immediate family he is survived by his wife, a son, Bert, and a daughter, Miss Mabel Everhart, all at home. He also leaves a brother, Foist H. Everhart of Butler and Wolcott; an uncle, William H. Everhart of Butler, and an aunt, Mrs. Jane Teeter of Ithaca, besides other relatives. The deceased was a justice of the peace at the time of his death, had served as supervisor several terms and was prominent in politics in Butler. He was a lifelong Republican and had many friends in this section. Mr. Everhart was a good citizen and highly esteemed in the community. The largely-attended funeral was held from the house at 2 p. m., Wednesday, interment being made in the family lot in the Clyde cemetery. The Rev.
