"Tahlequah - October 15 - Ahnawake Ghromley, oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. M.A. Ghromley, died at the family residence Tuesday night after three days illness, aged 5 years and 1 month. Interment took place yesterday afternoon at the Grandview cemetery, four miles north of town."
Ahnawake was 1/32 Cherokee, per "U.S., Native American Enrollment Cards for the Five Civilized Tribes," 1898-1914, page 477, #2658, census card #2322, dated July 5, 1906.
