Verta L. Weber, 90, Otwell, died at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 1990 at the Huntingburg Convalescent Center. She was born in Pike County, June 20, 1900 to Harvey and Mary Burns Gilham. Her husband Charles Weber, died Nov. 2, 1974.
Surviving are four daughters, Phyllis Morris of Winslow, Catherine Weisman of Otwell, Freida Bennett of Petersburg and Doris Ehrmann of Evansville, a son, Kenneth of Evansville, nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Mrs. Weber was a member of Iva-Union Church and the Iva Ladies Aid.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg. Burial will be in Iva Cemetery at Iva.
