Alma Fanguy Dantin, 84, a native of Little Caillou, LA and resident of St. Charles Community, passed away Feb. 21, 2017.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church from 9 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Darlene Ledet, Debra Folse, Rhonda Zeringue, Justine Holden, Alvin Dantin III, Christopher Dantin, Keith Dantin; brother, Justin Fanguy; sister, Joan Farmer; grandchildren, Jessica Mills and Danielle Molaison; and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Dantin Jr.; parents, Justin and Sadie Duplantis Fanguy; daughter, Tina Richard; brother, Jeffrey Fanguy; sisters, Judy Thibodeaux, Joyce Babin, Dora Heaverlo and Elizabeth Zeringue.
