Firestone retiree roscoe C. Taylor, 78, of 143 W. Miller av. died Tuesday in City Hospital after a short illness.
A native of Granger City, Tenn., he lived in the Akron area 49 years. He retired in 1955 from Firestone after 12 years' service.
He belonged to the Akron Moose Lodge and the 22 Club.
He leaves sister Mrs. Rosie Meek, Morristown, Tenn.
Services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at the Schermesser funeral home, where friends may call from 1 to 9 p. m. Friday and until service time Saturday. Burial will be in Greenlaw cemetery."
