Thomas L. Partlow, "Moose," passed away on May 29th, 2015, at home, after a courageous fight. Tom was born on January 15, 1940, to Lincoln & Viola Partlow of Eau Claire, WI.

Tom lived his life loving his high school sweetheart, Barbara Hart, whom he married in 1966; his son, William, and grandchildren, Samuel and Olivia, with all his heart. He always had a smile to share and gave the gift to everyone that feeling you were friends forever. He not only was a Star in High School Basketball, after he refereed football and basketball and was a coach for various organizations — YMCA, Little League and Babe Ruth League, but loved to watch the game as his knees got weak. He enjoyed watching football and western on TV too. Tom also enjoyed time reading a newspaper, time with his many dogs and yes his sweets. He enjoyed taking his wife to a nice restaurant as they were two peas in a pod. With his son he shared so much yet nothing was more cherished then a talk with a coffee. His Heart continued to grow as the grandchildren arrived, and he would have done anything for them. He will be greatly missed. Tom worked at 3M in St. Paul, MN, at UW-Stout-Menomonie, owned Gutch's Restaurant in Fall Creek and his final employment was working with the disabled for Aurora.

Tom is survived by his wife, Barbara of Eau Claire; his son, William (Mary Catherine) of Eau Claire; two grandchildren, Samuel & Olivia of Janesville; sister-in-laws Louise, Carol, Sue, Judy; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lincoln & Viola; brothers, Sonny (Leo), Gerald, Donald and Richard; and Charles and Dorothy Hart.
