Mr. Albritton was born July 24, 1919, in Farmerville. He was the son of Lloyd Wilson Albritton and Katherine Isabel Green Albritton. They were hill farmers and Wilson Jr. had many fond memories of growing up on the farm.

He was the Supervisor of Veterans Training for Union Parish and a school teacher for many years in various communities in Louisiana. His real pride was in his children and grandchildren as he related them to anyone he met.
