Luda Mae Smith, 90, Odessa, Mo., formerly of Grain Valley in Jackson County, died March 27, 1992, at a nursing home in Odessa.
She was born in Urich, Mo., and briefly lived in Grain Valley.
She lived in Centerview, Mo., and in Odessa most of her life. Mrs . Smith was a member of the Warrensburg, Mo., congregation of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Her husband, William A. Smith, died in 1967.
Survivors include a son, William E. Smith, Des Moines, Iowa; three daughters, Willa D. Ellis and Lorna B. Tye of Warrensburg, and Laura L. Geddes, Aurora, Ill.; two brothers, Joe D. Barker and Lonnie R. Barker of Odessa; two sisters, Adlyne Gamblin, Odessa, and Goldie Dyer, Anaheim, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ralph O. Jones Chapel, Odessa; burial in Greenton Cemetery, Odessa.
