Neponset, IL - Terry Sue Chapman, 54, of Neponset died at 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, 2008, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born January 5, 1954 in Geneseo, the daughter of Alfred and Betty Jean (Wilson) Hagerman. Terry married Markus J. Chapman January 5, 1980 in Rock Island, Il.
He survives along with two daughters, Jessica Chapman and Casey Chapman; one son, Scott Chapman; two brothers, Garry (Julie) Hagerman and Darrell (Pat) Hagerman; and several nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by her parents.
She had been employed at Trinity in the Quad Cities and was currently an ER nurse at Kewanee Hospital.
Cremation will be accorded.
