Betty Lou Blackburn, 70, of Lebanon, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2008, at St. John's Hospital-Springfield.
She was born Dec. 24, 1937, in Bellville, Kan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Edward, and a brother, Leo Ball.
Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Yoder and her husband, Lester, of Nixa; a son, Eric Yoder, of Pleasant Hill; a sister, Rosalyn Ogle and her husband, Clifford, of Richland; also two grandchildren, Jim and Matthew Yoder.

Visitation will be in the chapel, Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. til 8:0 p.m.
