Brenton Lee Rhoades went home to be with the Lord in Henderson, Nevada
at the age of 76 on August 1, 2016. He was born to Beecher and Dorothy
Rhoades in Wheeling, West Virginia on November 16, 1939.

Brenton loved his church. He was a proud member of Lakeview Community
Church and taught Sunday school there. He had his pilot's license and
also enjoyed flying remote control airplanes with the Desert Hawks of
Lake Havasu City. As a youth, Brenton was involved in drag racing and
motor cross. He made it to the World Finals in several Jet Ski
competitions in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Brenton loved the outdoors, the
lake, and the heat. He enjoyed his 23 years in Lake Havasu.

He was a loving husband, father and step-grandfather who will always
be cherished and will be deeply missed.

Brenton is preceded in death by his parents, Beecher and Dorothy
Rhoades,Nicole Rhoades wife of 44 years; his brothers Beecher Jr.,
Jimmy and Rocky and his sister Nancy.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Rhoades; sons Clayton Rhoades and
Matthew Rhoades; step-children, Earl (Diane) Lewis, Wendy (Robert)
Howell, and Barbara (Donald) Varner; sister, Arletta Watkins, eight
step-grandchildren and two great-step-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Lakeview Community Church, on
Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 1:00PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made to
Lakeview Community Church.

Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and
