She was preceded in death by her husband Donald J Watkins in 1987. Her parents Dorothy and Beecher Rhoades, Brothers, Beecher Jr, Brent, James, Rocky and sister Nancy.
She is survived by Daughter Dawn Gaus of St. Clairsville, Holly (Bob) Krupinksi of Bellaire and Rodney (Joni) Watkins of West Finley PA.
Also, her five grandchildren lan Watkins, Shelby (Chase) Clark, Caleb Fulton, Taya and Grace Krupinksi. She is also survived by her Great Granddaughter, her beloved Finley Arletta Clark.
Arletta was lovingly known as "Mumu" by her grandchildren and their friends as she treated them all with love, kindness, generosity, and laughs. She was everyone's "Mumu." Arletta's greatest loves were her family. She loved dancing of all kinds but especially her line dancing and her line dancing friends. She was a woman of great faith and loved her church. She was also an avid reader. She touched the lives of those who knew her and will be greatly missed by all.
At her request there will be no visitation. But, a celebration of life will occur at East Richland Friends Church on Friday, November 18th at 4 P.M. with dinner to follow. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
The family would also like to thank Amedisys Hospice for their loving compassionate care in her final days.
