Ellenora Stroh was the daughter of Henry S. Stroh and Anna Eva (Knechtel) Stroh. Was Ellenora's middle name 'Knechtel?

She married John F. Fries on June 28, 1905 at Elmira in Waterloo County, Ontario.

They had 4 children: Lorena Elizabeth, Leona Melvina, Henry Michael, and Ida Elinora.

In the 1911 and 1921 Canada Census, Ellenora, her children, and her father (Widower) lived at Woolwich Township in Waterloo County (now called Waterloo Regional Municipality) in Ontario.

Where was husband John in 1911 and 1921? He was alive in 1925 per the obituaries for both of his parents. Ellenora was listed as a 'Widow' on the 1945 Voters List for St. Jacobs, Ontario. In her obituary she was called 'Mrs. John Fries' and 'Ellenora Stroh'.

I saw Ellenora's obituary on Ancestry. Author of the obituary was 'The Record Staff' (probably KW Record, Kitchener, Ontario) but date of issue unknown. Date of death not included in the obituary. Details from the obituary with comments from me in brackets:
-- born June 23, 1879 at Waterloo. [I assumed the City of Waterloo rather than Waterloo County. True?]
-- died age 91 [= died 1970].
-- died at the K-W Hospital. [= died Kitchener, Ontario.]
-- husband John and 3 daughters named.
-- burial to be at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Waterloo, Ontario.
-- people who predeceased Ellenora were listed. [That list did not include son Henry. However, Henry was named in his sister Lorena's obituary, and a birth record was found for him which included the names of his parents. Henry was also listed on the 1911 and 1921 Census with his mother and siblings.]

Jan 2023: I confirmed that Ellenora is interned at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Waterloo, Ontario. WARNING -
The Mount Hope Cemetery in Waterloo, Ontario [owned and operated by the City of Waterloo] is adjacent to the Mount Hope Cemetery in Kitchener, Ontario [owned and operated by the City of Kitchener]. These 2 cemeteries have separate identification numbers on Find-a-Grave.
