Married Aug 28, 1866. Noted in wife Katherine's obituary that Simeon "killed by a train" July 4, 1883. Listed in a Mar. 1, 1885 Kansas census as living in Mineral.
Wife and children below buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Scott with exception of John who's buried at Centerville Cemetery in Devon.
