Mr. Briscoe was a construction worker for Carter Construction Co. and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Plata.
Born Jan. 25, 1959, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Alton Austin Briscoe and the late Luvenia Mary Owens Briscoe.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Watts Briscoe; sister, Beverly Briscoe; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Feb. 23 at Raymond Funeral Service chapel, La Plata. The Rev. Fred McIntyre will officiate. Burial will take place at Sacred Hearth Catholic Church Cemetery, La Plata.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Raymond Funeral Service.
