She was preceded in death by her parents, Irene Elsie (Sandeway) and John Brooks Henry; her husband, Robert James Hamilton Sr. (2018); one son, Forrestal Schondienst Allison; one brother, Raymond Jahnke; one sister, June Carnes.
She is survived by her son, Robert James "Jim" Hamilton Jr. (wife Minami) of Tacoma, WA; two daughters, Natalie Pierre Ortiz (husband Ismael) of San Tan Valley, AZ; Penny Marie Carrier of Tampa, FL; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
