Jerry G. Vincent, 71, of Parkersburg, passed away at 6:18 AM on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at his home in Parkersburg, IL.

Jerry was born December 21, 1951 in Albany, KY, the son of Jackson Vincent and Alma Arms (Vincent). He later married Susan Kennedy (Vincent) on October 18, 1975 in Calhoun, IL. She survives.

He worked for many years as an oilfield driller. Jerry's favorite hobbies included fishing, hunting, and woodworking. He was also very passionate and skilled at refurbishing guns. Jerry is remembered as being a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather to his eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Jerry is preceded in death by both his parents, Jackson and Alma Vincent, his sister-in-law Harriett Vincent, and father-in-law O.L. Kennedy of Parkersburg, IL.

Graveside services will be held at Oakhill Cemetery in Parkersburg, IL at 1:30 PM Friday, January 20, 2023. Minister Mike Baker will be officiating.
