Drucilla "Drusey" (Eoff) Morrison was the daughter of Silas Alexander Eoff and Judith Hulsey, natives of St Louis County and Washington County respectively. Drusey was the third born of eight children, her siblings being Isabelle (Eoff) Garrett, John Alexander Eoff, Amy L (Eoff) Libhart, Thomas H Eoff, Mary "Mollie" (Eoff) Crimmins, Ally L Eoff, Margaret "Maggie" (Eoff) Jost and Jesse Eoff. Drusey was raised on the family farm in Crawford County, Missouri.

Drusey married John Walter Morrison December 28, 1892 in St Louis, Missouri. John was a teamster and carpenter.
They were the parents of seven children raised in St Louis city: Leathel (Morrison) Koch, Lloyd Morrison, Walter Morrison, Edwin D Morrison, Carl Morrison, Fred J Morrison and Henry Morrison.
