Born in Missouri on January 10, 1897, Case had been a member of the Paden Church of Christ for 12 years.
Survivors include his wife, Vesta; two sons, Kinley Leroy and Stanley Gene, both of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Mrs. Sandra Sue Smith of Kermit, Texas; three brothers, Trevor of Paden, Glen H. of Oklahoma City and Norman W. of Tulsa; three sisters, Mrs. Nora Wilson of Prague, Mrs. Velya Wilson of Wyoming and Mrs. Vida Worley of Paden and one grandchild. The family requests that donations be made to the Heart Fund in lieu of flowers.
