Elizabeth M. Goetz, 94, died at 7:50 a.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette. She had been in ill health the past month.
She was born Aug. 19, 1891, in Sheldon, Illinois. Her marriage was to Albert L. Goetz, June 4, 1913, in Fowler. He died June 30, 1956
Mrs. Goetz was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Fowler, and St. Anne Society.
Surviving are three sons, Raymond, Leonard, and Bob Goetz, all of Fowler; and two daughters, Mrs. Howard (Bernadine) Patnaude of Fowler and Mrs. Robert (Genevieve) Long of Chicago, Illinois; 24 grandchildren; and 28 greatgrandchildren.
Preceded in death by 2 sons, Cyril and Bernard; 2 daughters, Rita and Josephine; 1 sister, Ida LaGue; and 2 brothers. Edward and William Cahill.
