He retired from farming last year.
Surviving besides the widow are four sons, Cyril, Raymond, Leonard and Robert all of Fowler; two daughters, Mrs. Bernadine Patnaude of Fowler and Mrs. Genevieve Long of Chicago; five sisters, Mrs. Bertha Schneidt of Goodland, Sisters Ludomilla, Petra, and Seraphica, all of Mishawaka and Sister Gerard of Columbus. Neb.; one brother, John of Fowler; and 8 Grandchildren.
